Doppelganger -- NEW SHORT FILM!

Oh, lord! I participated again (!!) in a 2-week-collaboration challenge. And what crazy 2 weeks it had been! It was the biggest crew I’ve worked so far on my own project, and it was challenging on every level: producing, acting, and directing. And!! It was my first time playing 2 characters at the same time!! But I’m incredibly grateful to all the people who were brave enough to jump on this ship with me. We did it and once again, I’ll showcase the film in film festivals around the world!

TEA nominated!

My film TEA is nominated for Best Director, Best Screenplay, Best Cinematography, and Best Original Score at the Idyllwild Film Festival. Film has also been selected at the Dam Short Film Festival, Nevada Women’s Film Festival, Fastnet FF, The Romford FF, World of Women Film Fair Middle East, Hollywood Reel FF, and Women in Focus FF.

LEAD IN A DRAMATIC SHORT FILM

There are so many things I am grateful for this year and this project is one of them. Playing Ruth in Whispers was an emotional journey and a responsibility because I knew what it meant for the director @mingfen_c
But as an actress, I always look for ways to challenge myself. Excited to see the film we’ve all created but for now enjoy the BTS.

New Short Film!

336 HOURS
Seems like a lot, but not really when you’re making a film from script to completion. Every minute counts, especially when you have a deadline.
Here is the behind-the-scenes of my latest short TEA.

“Sometimes what we really need… is to talk to someone.”

Screening at the TCL Chinese Theater!

My film Parallels is screening at the TCL Chinese Theater 6 on February 22nd at 7pm. How cool is that?!

We got so far into 23 festivals and won 11 awards! The run of Parallels isn't over yet. I'm going to Idyllwild Film Festival here in California in March where we've been nominated for Best Featurette, Best Director, Best Actor (Artem Kretov), Best Ensemble Cast (honestly-- very proud of this one), Best Screenplay, Best Cinematography (yay for Mikhail Zemlyakov) and Best Score (shout out to Matias Beckmann).
